重要通知：凡是没有通行证的电动自行车一律不得进入校园。若有同学擅自将无牌电瓶车开进校园，或不服从学校保安管理的，SIE将根据相关规定严肃处理该生，包括取消奖学金、注销签证、劝退等！
Important notice: any electric bicycle without a pass is not allowed to enter the campus. If a student drives the ebike without pass inside campus , or disobey the school security management, SIE will seriously deal with the student according to relevant regulations, including cancellation of scholarships, cancellation of visas, and persuasion!
带电动驱动的无通行证车辆都禁止入校。除了电瓶车外，还有以上车辆禁止进入学校。请大家注意！
All non-laissez-passer vehicles with electric drive are not allowed to enter school. In addition to battery cars, the above vehicles are not allowed to enter the school. Attention, please!
N.B: The pass was applied 3 years ago，but its can not be applied now， from next year，all students can not drive ebike inside campus.
No more new pass issued since 2020. But sharing bikes are everywhere outside and inside campus. Learn to use them. Do as the Romans.
Public transportation is highly recommended. Ebikes are under strict restrictions.
